David & Abby!!! What can I even say about these two and their downtown Ottawa wedding last summer?!! I had the pleasure of working with them twice last year – David reached out to have me photograph their proposal in February – and it was such a treat!!
Abby and David have the sweetest story. They have known one another and their families since they were kids – they literally grew up together. And it wasn’t until they were teenagers that they started dating. But hellllloooooo they literally have photos of them together as kids!! I cannot. Just the sweetest!
They got married at their church downtown Ottawa, and then we spent some time wandering around the city with their wedding party for some photos. Abby went with a cathedral veil and I swear it is always a good idea lol. The wind was blowing just perfectly and made for some really beautiful photos of the two of them with the veil just doing it’s own thing. I love it when that happens!!
And with Abby being a true coffee lover, they even made a stop at Little Victories for some coffees before we were off to their reception.
It was just a beautiful day with the kindest people and I am very grateful to have been a part of it!
