Greg & Nileeka had a small backyard ceremony at their downtown Ottawa home at the end of May.
In an absolutely stunning garden, and with two witnesses, they made it official! Nileeka walked out of their home to meet Greg waiting in the backyard, and together they walked into the wedding ceremony. The ceremony itself was full of personal anecdotes and laugh-out-loud moments that had us all cracking up.
After the ceremony they shared a toast with their witnesses and their out-of-province families who were watching via livestream.
There were more laughs, some photos, cupcakes, and another champagne pop! A wonderful afternoon celebrating a marriage. Greg & Nileeka were enjoying the rest of the evening with some takeout. And that sounds like a perfect way to end the day to me!!
I must say, these tiny wedding ceremonies and elopements that have been taking place these last few months are so special. I assure you that these unique and intimate celebrations are so memorable to your guests. And it is a true honor to document them.
