Oh these small business brand photos that I shot with my fave mother-daughter duo was the best! Happy Stems and Strings, I know you’ve heard me talk about them before. They are just the best, and one of my favourite small businesses to support.
Now more than ever, it’s important for local small businesses to have an online presence. With brick and mortar stores forced having to close their doors during lockdowns, and craft shows moving online to keep everyone safe, having strong brand photos is essential. (Not in the health care workers and first responders type essential, but you know what I’m saying.)
Leigha & Sue had a new collection of dried floral pieces that they wanted to showcase. So we got together one morning in the fall before it got too cold, and had lots of fun laughing and taking photos. Can we talk about this backyard oasis for a second?! Absolute perfection, just like the inside of the house! After we finished up with the dried floral pieces they had a (small) crew of darling little ladies show up to help show off some of their pieces for nurseries and kids. These cuties were beyond adorable.
This was my second time taking brand photos for Happy Stems & Strings, and hopefully not our last. I love watching their business grow and succeed. They recently donated 50% of the proceeds from their Christmas drop to a local food bank. These ladies are gold, and I love everything they do!
